Motivation as opposed to what many people may believe is not something static and always there with you no matter what you do or where you are, it isn't believe me, as someone who's been portrayed as positive and never run out of positivity, I'm telling you, that it is not true.
The motivation we have to continue doing what we love and achieve our goals is not always there to help you, that drive of passion that makes you stay up late and wake up early just to do your work, doesn't flow in a static manner, it flows instead in an irregular way that's far from being consistent, it goes and comes without any prior indication.

So i do run out of motivation to do my work sometimes, i do feel lazy, i do procrastinate, but there's only one thing that i always make sure i have, which is focus, when you run out of the eager to do things, it is totally OK, even if it's something your passionate about, it happens and that's totally fine, but when these situations strike, you wanna make sure not to lose your focus, your progress might be slowing down but you don't want it to stop, because it's all about building momentum right now and stopping it is not going to help.
So when motivation runs out, discipline kicks in, and that's how you always stay on track to achieve your goals, that's how you keep building momentum around yourself,
Focus is important, but focus on what exactly?
Focusing on the end goals, on the why of things, what is your purpose of doing what you do? What's the end goal behind what you do, also understanding that when you don't feel like doing any action, it is totally normal and the best way to make sure you continue moving is by continuing to do what is needed to be done even if you don't feel like doing it right now.
If anyone did what they feel like doing and avoided what they don't feel like doing, we would never progress this much and we would never have achieved this much development in today's world, there's no such thing as permanent motivation, permanent good feeling, even if you're doing what love, you can still feel like not doing it sometimes, so to unsure you continue your progress and always stacking up momentum, it's done by focusing on the end goal, which will push you to be consistent with your actions.
Your end goal is what will always keep you focused, your reason for doing the hard work is what will push you to be consistent even if sometimes it's boring, tyring, or resultless, but you have to understand that most of the results of the action you're taking right now will not be visible and experienced until you build the momentum that is required for you to see the desired results, if you decide to lose weight and have a healthy body, your not going to see considerable results within the 1st week but it takes time and consistent action taking to get the body you want.

So whenever you find yourself in a smiliar situation where, you're not feeling like doing what you need to do, just ask yourself, what am i doing this for? why is it important for me to achieve my goal? once you answer these question you might still not feeling like taking action, but you know that you have to get up and get to work, once you're done with it, you'll feel more accomplished and proud for taking that action.
